- Your booking comes with complimentary damage insurance up to the value of $100.
- Cancellations 14 or more days prior to your booking date will be refunded in full as per the All The Dresses Rental Agreement.
- If you cancel your booking less than 14 days prior to your booking start date, 50% of the amount paid will be offered as a credit, provided your item(s) have not already been dispatched. The credit will be provided as an All The Dresses Gift Voucher that can be used on items provided by Designer Dress only.
- No cancellation requests received after the item(s) have been dispatched will be accepted.
- If your item arrives and it doesn't fit, you're able to get a credit note for the amount paid minus $40 to cover postage and admin costs. You must notify All The Dresses within 24 hours of delivery and send the item back unworn at earliest convenience. The credit note will be provided as an All The Dresses Gift Voucher that can be used on items provided by Designer Dress only.
