Items are delivered in a luxurious gift box and come with a pre-paid return envelope for easy returns. Dry cleaning is included as part of the rental.
If you damage/stain your rental, Her Wardrobe will have their professional dry cleaner and seamstress attempt to repair the item for you.
If your dress doesn't fit, you can exchange it for another size or style, all you need to do is email their Customer Care within 2 hours of receiving the dress.
Both a 4 day and an 8 day rental is offered on the website.
