Book a Try-On appointment in our Northern Beaches Studio to view all of our stunning outfits available for hire!
About your try on appointment:
- Try on appointments go for 25 minutes, if you wish to book longer than this please book two back to back appointments. If this isn't available please get in touch!
- There is a $25 try on fee in place that is fully redeemable towards your hire if you place your booking at the end of your try on appointment. This fee is in place due to last minute cancellations and customers wanting to try on items with no intention of hiring.
- Each appointment is for only 1 person trying on at a time. Our space is intimate with only one change room, please only bring yourself and 1 other person. Please let us know in the notes box in your cart if someone is coming with you.
- Please view the availability of your desired garments for you event dates and your try on date prior to booking a try on. If you're unsure please send us a message via instagram @dressedbyes or via our contact form.
- Once you're ready to confirm your try on appointment please provide in the note section of the cart the garments you wish to try on, while we will do our best to consider your notes, we cannot guarantee items will be in store on the day of your try on as bookings always take priority.
- Please view our Terms and Conditions that are required to be agreed to at checkout prior to making your appointment.
You must go to cart to checkout. Please ignore all email communication we will be in contact via text message with details regarding your appointment.
Returns & Refunds
“Dressed By ES” Terms
- Cancellations 21 or more days prior to your booking start date will be refunded in full as per the All The Dresses Rental Agreement.
- Cancellations 14 or more days prior to your booking start date will be entitled to a credit note for the full amount paid including postage as per the All The Dresses Rental Agreement.
- If you cancel your booking less than 14 days prior to your booking start date, and your item(s) have not already been dispatched, you will receive a credit note in full that can be used on the All The Dresses website for items provided by Dressed By ES only.
- If your item does not fit, you can return it for a credit note, minus $25 to cover two-way postage costs. You must notify All The Dresses and post back the item within 24 hours of the package being delivered. The credit note can be used on the All The Dresses website for items provided by Dressed By ES only.
