- Cancellations 14 or more days prior to your booking start date will be entitled to a credit note for the full amount paid including postage as per the All The Dresses Rental Agreement.
- Cancellations less than 14 days prior to your booking start date and prior to your item(s) being dispatched will receive a credit for the full amount paid, including postage, minus a 30% cancellation fee. The credit will be provided as an All The Dresses Gift Voucher that can be used on items provided by Sydney Handbag Hire only.
- Once your item(s) have already been dispatched, any request to cancel is subject to the approval of Sydney Handbag Hire. If approved, you will forfeit the postage fee and a cancellation fee of 30% of the rental price. You must not wear the bag and must return it on the same day it was delivered to you.
- Sydney Handbag Hire requires that you provide photo ID and a recent bill to verify your name and address. Instructions will be provided after your order has been placed.
