First time to hire a dress and happy with my experience. Will likely do it again for my next event. Didn’t realise it was such an easy process overall. Dress arrived earlier than expected. I did highlight that the belt I’ve received that came with the dress had a bit of a scratch (just to make sure I didn’t get charged/blamed for it) and they responded straight away with an apology.

I highly recommend All the Dresses AU for any special occasion. They were a lifesaver for me. Initially, I had rented a dress from another provider, but it arrived not matching the description and was significantly altered. In a rush, I had to find an alternative, and I'm grateful I discovered All the Dresses. I reached out to them late at 11 pm, and they responded promptly. They managed to ship out the dress the next day, ensuring I received it on time. I'm genuinely pleased with their exceptional service.

Borrowed the Aje Nova Pleated Midi Dress to wear for a special event after trying to find a dress for weeks. Absolutely loved this dress (girls if you sell it please sell it to me!!). Came perfect- was on time and in great condition, absolutely loved it. Super simple process to return it and really happy with it. Will definitely hire again 😄 Love how they have bigger size ranges too, lots of websites don’t even have 14s or 16s so 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 and so many dresses to choose from. Can’t wait to hire again

The experience of hiring through All The Dresses as definitely five stars, however the product itself for the cost was not what I expected. I hired the AJE 'FALLING WATER GATHERED MIDI DRESS' via Eastend Wardrobe and it had a lot of marks across the back, a tear at the zip and the bottom hem was all frayed. Understand that hire dresses are obviously worn, however at the premium price this is hired out for I would expect the dress to be in a better condition than what I received. In my opinion the price point should be lower (to what other competitors have it at) or retired from use.

Never had an easier experience renting. My dress arrived quite a few days earlier than needed which put me at ease before my event. It came with a prepaid satchel to put my items in and post when I was finished with the item. The outfit was in such good condition when I got it and I know that I’ll definitely be going through all the dresses for my next event if I’m wanting a stress free process.
