I hired a dress through All The Dresses, the dress was from one of their partners, The Designer Hire Spot and when it arrived it was not in a wearable condition to my standards. After back and forth communications between myself, TDHS and ATD, I have received a full refund. There was some miscommunications which resulted in slower than usual communication that have now been resolved. After brining my concerns to ATD attention, they have shown that they have implemented new practices to solve any further issues for customers, mainly with their enquiry link, which now allows customers to upload images there and remove the need for any third party communications. Overall, my experience has been good and ATD have shown their proven commitment to a positive customer service experience.

Great experience with All the Dresses. Dress came on time and although it didn’t fit, they were able to quickly arrange for another size to be sent to me before the event. So helpful and professional. Great experience all round.

Hiring through All The Dresses is so easy and no fuss! The dress always arrives on time, the fact that you can just wrap it up and post it once you have worn it is amazing - no need to worry about cleaning. The dresses are in amazing condition also!

I came across an AJE dress on Instagram and fell in love with it but being a few seasons old I couldn’t find it for sale anywhere. All The Dresses had it (and in my size, luckily!) The process was super easy and I had no stress about it not arriving on time as it came a day early! The material was very delicate (beading etc) so knowing ALD would take care of the dry cleaning put me at ease. I loved being able to wear a beautiful dress for a special occasion (my hens night) knowing I wasn’t contributing to fast fashion or buying an expensive outfit to keep but only wear once. It was my first time ever hiring a dress and this experience has me already thinking about other pieces I want to try!

Very disappointed with the experience. The dress arrived and as soon as l unbagged the dress it smelt stale which made me feel it wasn't dry cleaned at all. The dress wasn't true to colour. The dress was frayed on the edges. At what point do they take the dresses off the shelf deemed tooo worn to rent ????? I returned the dress on the same day it came to me. It was my first time renting and unless l can view the dress before renting, it will be my last. I emailed "All The Dresses"+ "Lone Dresses" and they won't refund my money. I had no dress to wear for the special occasion. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

I’ve used ATD to hire dresses many times and always receive high quality dresses and customer service. The dresses always arrive on time (even early!) and returning them is super easy. They offer a wide range of style and sizes which I find very important as a size 14. Highly recommend!!

First time to hire a dress and happy with my experience. Will likely do it again for my next event. Didn’t realise it was such an easy process overall. Dress arrived earlier than expected. I did highlight that the belt I’ve received that came with the dress had a bit of a scratch (just to make sure I didn’t get charged/blamed for it) and they responded straight away with an apology.

I hired the Stellina Dress in size 8. It was such a perfect fit and was super comfortable to wear. It looked great on and had many compliments. It even arrived a day early which is a bonus as living in a remote area it isn’t always easy to find the perfect dress. Highly recommend 10/10 🤩 I have used All the Dresses now 4 times and very happy with the experience. The return process is so easy too! Will definitely use this site again and again!

I highly recommend All the Dresses AU for any special occasion. They were a lifesaver for me. Initially, I had rented a dress from another provider, but it arrived not matching the description and was significantly altered. In a rush, I had to find an alternative, and I'm grateful I discovered All the Dresses. I reached out to them late at 11 pm, and they responded promptly. They managed to ship out the dress the next day, ensuring I received it on time. I'm genuinely pleased with their exceptional service.
