- If you cancel your booking less than 14 days prior to your booking start date, and the item hasn't already been dispatched, you will be entitled to a credit note for the full amount paid. The credit note can be used on the All The Dresses website for items provided by The Curate Club only.
- If your item does not fit, you can return it for a credit note for the amount paid, minus what was paid for postage. You must submit a Return Request on the All The Dresses website within 24 hours of the package being delivered and post it back by the next business day. The credit note can be used on the All The Dresses website for items provided by The Curate Club only.
