- Cancellations 21 or more days prior to your booking start date will be refunded in full as per the All The Dresses Rental Agreement.
- Cancellations 14 or more days prior to your booking start date will be entitled to a credit note for the full amount paid including postage as per the All The Dresses Rental Agreement.
- No cancellations are accepted when it is 13 or less days prior to your booking start date.
- Returns due to fit or suitability are not eligible for a refund or credit note.

Founder and Creative Director, Natalie DeBanco, launched the label in 2009 after stints in PR and styling in the fashion industry.
