If your item didn't fit or wasn't suitable, please make a request to return your rented item below.
This is only possible if the terms of the item & rental partner you've booked from allow you to return the item for a credit note.
These terms are on the item's page and are also presented to you to accept prior to entering checkout. They are repeated in your order confirmation email.
Please also use this system if you've already had items dispatched/delivered to you but you aren't able to wear them due to a snap COVID-19 lockdown.
