Arrived a couple days before the date I had chosen, thus was really helpful to have time to try it on prior to my event. fit really well straps were at a bit big as I have am quite short and have a short torso. overall really great hiring experience xx

Hundreds of beautiful dresses to choose from, delivery arrived early and was a super easy returns process. Also there were measurements for the dresses on the website, so it made it very easy to decide which size to order. I cant wait for my next event now!

This is my 6th time using ATD. I’m always so impressed by the quality of the dresses and it’s just the best system! Wear the dress, feel a million $$ then pop it in the bag and send it back. You get to wear an outfit you love and zero clutter in the wardrobe! Love it! Xx

I hired a dress through All The Dresses, the dress was from one of their partners, The Designer Hire Spot and when it arrived it was not in a wearable condition to my standards. After back and forth communications between myself, TDHS and ATD, I have received a full refund. There was some miscommunications which resulted in slower than usual communication that have now been resolved. After brining my concerns to ATD attention, they have shown that they have implemented new practices to solve any further issues for customers, mainly with their enquiry link, which now allows customers to upload images there and remove the need for any third party communications. Overall, my experience has been good and ATD have shown their proven commitment to a positive customer service experience.

I came across an AJE dress on Instagram and fell in love with it but being a few seasons old I couldn’t find it for sale anywhere. All The Dresses had it (and in my size, luckily!) The process was super easy and I had no stress about it not arriving on time as it came a day early! The material was very delicate (beading etc) so knowing ALD would take care of the dry cleaning put me at ease. I loved being able to wear a beautiful dress for a special occasion (my hens night) knowing I wasn’t contributing to fast fashion or buying an expensive outfit to keep but only wear once. It was my first time ever hiring a dress and this experience has me already thinking about other pieces I want to try!

Very disappointed with the experience. The dress arrived and as soon as l unbagged the dress it smelt stale which made me feel it wasn't dry cleaned at all. The dress wasn't true to colour. The dress was frayed on the edges. At what point do they take the dresses off the shelf deemed tooo worn to rent ????? I returned the dress on the same day it came to me. It was my first time renting and unless l can view the dress before renting, it will be my last. I emailed "All The Dresses"+ "Lone Dresses" and they won't refund my money. I had no dress to wear for the special occasion. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

I’ve used ATD to hire dresses many times and always receive high quality dresses and customer service. The dresses always arrive on time (even early!) and returning them is super easy. They offer a wide range of style and sizes which I find very important as a size 14. Highly recommend!!
