Condition: Due to the delicate nature of the fabric some beads may have fallen off the garments across all sizes. Due to the the amount of pearls on this dress it will still have the magical wow factor however it is not in brand new condition.
Due to the structured boning in this style and the nature of pre-loved garments, there may be some slight shaping or warping to the boning. This is normal with wear and will sit differently depending on individual body shape and fit.
- Cancellations 21 or more days prior to your booking start date will be refunded in full as per the All The Dresses Rental Agreement.
- Cancellations 14 or more days prior to your booking start date will be entitled to a credit note for the full amount paid including postage as per the All The Dresses Rental Agreement.
- Cancellations 7 or more days prior to your booking start date will be entitled to a credit note for the full amount paid including postage. The credit note can be used on the All The Dresses website for items provided by Lone Dress Hire only.
- If you cancel your booking less than 7 days prior to your booking start date, and the item hasn't already been dispatched, you will be entitled to a credit note for the amount paid, minus a $20 cancellation fee. The credit note can be used on the All The Dresses website for items provided by Lone Dress Hire only.
- If your item does not fit, you can return it for a credit note for the amount paid, minus what was paid for postage and minus a $20 administration fee. You must submit a Return Request on the All The Dresses website within 24 hours of the package being delivered and post it back by the next business day. The credit note can be used on the All The Dresses website for items provided by Lone Dress Hire only.
