- Cancellations 21 or more days prior to your booking start date will be refunded in full as per the All The Dresses Rental Agreement.
- Cancellations 14 or more days prior to your booking start date will be entitled to a credit note for the full amount paid including postage as per the All The Dresses Rental Agreement.
- Cancellations 7 or more days prior to your booking start date will be entitled to either:
- a) a credit for the full amount paid including postage, minus a $30 cancellation fee, that can be used for any item on the All The Dresses website, or
- b) a credit note for the full amount paid including postage, that can be used on the All The Dresses website for items provided by Robe Cloud only.
- If you cancel your booking less than 7 days prior to your booking start date, and the item hasn't already been dispatched, you will be entitled to either:
- a) a credit for the full amount paid including postage, minus a $50 cancellation fee, that can be used for any item on the All The Dresses website, or
- b) a credit note for the full amount paid including postage, minus a $20 cancellation fee, that can be used on the All The Dresses website for items provided by Robe Cloud only.
- If your item does not fit, you can return it for a credit note. You must submit a Return Request on the All The Dresses website and post back the item within 24 hours of delivery. You may select either:
- a) a credit note for the amount paid, minus postage and minus a $15 returns fee, that can be used for any items on the All The Dresses website, or
- b) a credit note for the amount paid, minus postage, that can be used on the All The Dresses website for items provided by Robe Cloud only.
