The Gabriel Maxi Dress is a statement style featuring a lace bodysuit and cowl front slip skirt. The sheer lace is lined at the bust with fully adjustable back bra straps and flattering cut-out.
SIZE & FIT
Designed to skim the body. Bodysuit is crafted in mesh with ample stretch. Bodysuit is accessed through press studs at crotch.
Skirt is fully lined.
- Express Post, must arrive by 5pm on hire start date, single postage fee covers a prepaid return satchel (consistent with ATD's combined postage field).
- If it does not arrive due to an Australia Post delay and TDHS shipped within Australia Post's stated timeframe, the customer gets a credit for the hire fee less postage paid, not a refund and not full credit.
- Must notify in writing to hello@tdhs.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the item, and return it within that same 24 hour window.
- $30 handling fee deducted from the hire fee, postage is not refunded on top of that.
- Exchanges follow the same structure, hire fee credit excluding postage, less the $30 handling fee.
- Credit notes valid 6 months, matching ATD's standard.
- If delayed by Australia Post but TDHS posted the next business day, no refund at all.
- If the customer returns it the same day it arrives, credit for hire fee less $30 handling fee and less postage.
- Minor wear or tear that doesn't make the item unusable.
- Retained fragrance/perfume odour after dry cleaning.
- Minor stains or pulls.
- 10+ days before start date: full hire fee as a credit note (no refunds ever given on cancellations).
- Less than 10 days before start date: 80% hire fee credit note, TDHS keeps 20%.
- AfterPay: full hire fee forfeited on cancellation, customer still owes the 4 fortnightly instalments.
