- Cancellations 21 or more days prior to your booking start date will be refunded in full as per the All The Dresses Rental Agreement.
- Cancellations 7 or more days prior to your booking start date will be entitled to a credit note for the full amount paid including postage as per the All The Dresses Rental Agreement.
- Cancellations are not allowed if it is less than 7 days prior to the booking start date.
- There are no refunds or credits provided for items which don't fit, or are not worn for other reasons. We have limited high-end stock and each rental takes away the opportunity to rent from someone else.
