- Cancellations 21 or more days prior to your booking start date will be refunded in full as per the All The Dresses Rental Agreement.
- Cancellations 14 or more days prior to your booking start date will be entitled to a credit note for the full amount paid including postage as per the All The Dresses Rental Agreement.
- No cancellations are allowed if your cancellation request is received less than 14 days prior to your booking start date. No refund or credit will apply.
- If your item does not fit, you can return it for a credit note, which is for the full hire fee minus the amount paid for postage, and minus a $30 administrative fee. This applies to clothing only. You must submit a Return Request via the All The Dresses website, and post the item back, within 1 day of the package being delivered. The credit note can be used on the All The Dresses website for items provided by The Designer Hire Spot only.
- The Designer Hire Spot usually asks that you provide photo ID to verify your name and address. If this is needed, you will be contacted after your order has been placed.
