- If you cancel your booking less than 5 days prior to your booking start date, and the item hasn't already been dispatched, you will be entitled to a credit note for the amount paid, minus a $20 cancellation fee. - If your item does not fit, or you cancel your hire after your dress has been posted, you can return it for a credit note for the amount paid, minus postage and minus a $20 administration fee. You must submit a Return Request on the All The Dresses website within 24 hours of the package being delivered and post it back by the next business day. The credit note can be used on the All The Dresses website for items provided by Lone Dress Hire only.
