**Please note that due to the fabric fibres of the vintage Missoni garments, general wear and tear on the fabric is unpreventable. We have a specialised dress maker treat and attend specifically to every Missoni after each hire to help prolong their rental life and each of the dresses are carefully cleaned with specialised products. Please do let us know if you see anything that requires attention upon return of the dress. We always aim to provide you with the highest quality products.
- Cancellations 21 or more days prior to your booking start date will be refunded in full as per the All The Dresses Rental Agreement.
- Cancellations 14 or more days prior to your booking start date will be entitled to a credit note for the full amount paid including postage as per the All The Dresses Rental Agreement.
- No refunds or credits are offered for cancellations which come less than 14 days prior to your booking start date. We will give special consideration in unique circumstances - just make contact via All The Dresses customer service.
- If your item does not fit, you can return it for a credit note, minus the amount paid for postage. You must notify All The Dresses and post back the item within 24 hours of the package being delivered. The credit note can be used on the All The Dresses website for items provided by Plus One Dress Hire only.
