- If you cancel your booking less than 14 days prior to your booking start date, and your item(s) have not already been dispatched, you will be entitled to a credit note for the full amount paid minus a $30 cancellation fee. - If your item does not fit, you can return it for a credit note for the full amount paid, minus the amount paid for postage and a $30 administration fee. You must submit a Return Request on the All The Dresses website within 24 hours of the package being delivered and post it back by the next business day.
